• The message is clear and easy to understand
- Use Layman’s term and avoid jargon
• The message is supported by facts about the issue
• The audience is able to sympathize with those
affected by the issue
- Should be realistic

• Choose your topic
- Should be timely and interesting for you
personally
• Research
- Look for evidences that will support your claims
• Consider your audience
• Grab your audience’s attention
• Create a script
• Storyboard your script
- Planning scene by scene or act by act
• Film your audience and edit your PSA
• Find your audience and get their reaction
