Create personalized matching dog bandana Materials:


and headband that will bring a smile.

Measuring tape

Step 1: Start by choosing an old t-shirt T Shirt


that you will no longer use.

Scissors
Sewing machine or
Step 2: Stretch the t shirt needle and thread
on a flat surface and cut
out two squares as large
as possible using the
front and back. You will
not use sleeves or collars
for this project.

Step 3: Measure the


circumference of your dog's
neck and your head considering
the position in which you will
place the bandanas. You will
use this measurements to cut
the fabric.

Step 4: For the dog bandana draw a
squarein tha fabric usin your dog's
measurements. You will join two of the
corners of the square to form a triangle.
For the headband you will darw rectangle
using your head's measurements for the
lenght. Cut out the rectangle and join the
long sides to form a long strip. Make sure
to leave the part of the fabric that remains
inside the tshirt exposed on the outside.

Step 5: You will sew the corners of each


individual pieces to close its sides. For the
dog bandana leave a small hole on one
side.

Step 6: Through the holes in the pieces you


will invert them to expose the part of the
fabric that is outside the tshirt. Finally for the
dog bandana you will close the small hole.
For the headband you will tuck one corner
into the other and sew them together.

Now you have matching


bandanas to show off with
