1.0 Working Principle

The safety interlocking device is composed of cylinder block-A, piston

rod, cylinder block-B, slider, spring, gasket, sealing ring and fastener.

The working principle is as follows: Cylinder-A is connected with the

closure cover of the quick-opening closure plate, and connected with the

inside of the vessel. When there is no pressure in the vessel, the state of

safety interlock is as shown in the figure above.

When there is pressure in the vessel, the pressure pushes the piston rod

upward along with the slider until it stops when the boss of the piston rod

makes contact with cylinder B, at which point the slider blocks the jack of

the extension rod and prevents it from being inserted into cylinder B. And

the safety interlock mechanism can't be screwed.

When the residual pressure in the vessel is released, the slider and the

piston rod fall back to the bottom of the cylinder-A under the action of the

spring, the slider leaves the socket of the booster rod, and the safety

interlock device can be removed normally to realize the closure open.

When the safety interlock device is not installed in place, the device can

not be boosted, otherwise it will sound a whistle alarm.

When the internal pressure of the pressure vessel is released completely,

the fast opening blind can be opened.
