Ask pupils How are you? Brainstorming: (10 min) To start the lesson I am going to ask the students if they can identify and mention as expressions as they can to invite people to diffent events ex: Would you like.... How about.... etc. First of all I am going to ask the students to look at the pictures, read the prompts and guess what the lesson is going to be about. In this lesson students are going to get some new vocabulary related invitations, accepting and refusin an invitation. Then I am going to ask students to read some of the expressions and translate them in the Albanian language. In exercise 1 students are going to listen and repeat some sentences taken out of the dialogue: ex: Why don't we go sailing? etc. Then students are going to read the dialogue in ex 2 and translate it. Students are also going to learn a text describing two of the craziest travel experience someone has described the: Cockroach race and the Elephants playing polo. While reading the text I am going to explain the new words. Now I can (5 min): - Consolidate situational language though translation. - Invite somebody and accept an invitation to going somewhere. - Listen for specific information. . - To read for specific information and get the meaning of new words.
