SWOT Analysis ( Strength , Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats ) is a fame work for indentifying
and analyzing the internal and external factors that can have an impact on the viability of a project,
product, place or person.

Strength

Kalabasa is known for its benefits that we can get by eating them but many people nowadays
did not like Kalabasa because they find it that it so boring to eat. They usually eat and see Kalabasa in
other vegetable dishes. Limitless Company created Kalabasa Chips which is being called CUTIEBASA.
Their Kalabasa Chips have a sweet and savory blend create from the secret recipe yet it has many
vitamins and other nutrients. The price of this product is affordable to the budget of average student.

Weakness

During the Focus Group Discussion, they immediately predict that Kalabasa Chips has many
weaknesses but still can be converted into strength. And also during the Product Testing, they made a
lot of mistakes before they make a perfect Kalabasa Chips. The Kalabasa is easily burn so they have to
cook it in a low-heat fire and deep-fry the Kalabasa. Limitless Company had to evaluate what are the
weaknesses that Kalabasa Chips could have if they are going to propose that product. Most of the
people didn’t want Kalabasa because vegetable are bitter. Kalabasa Chips has a brown color that makes
it unattractive to eyes of the customers. They did not also meet the expectation of the tester of the
product because they are not satisfied of the texture. They find it very difficult to create Kalabasa chips
which is need to be evenly-cooked, crispy and delicious.

Opportunity

Nowadays, people are being health conscious so they take this opportunity to develop this
product to give people satisfaction of their wants which is to eat healthy, delicious and affordable to
their budget. They develop this Chip to be a snack yet full of Vitamins and other nutrients that you can
get by eating Squash. Squash is being known as a vegetable that you can buy anywhere and its cheap.
They want to give color to the vegetable that use to hate by the children by making Chips of it. They
create the chips to have a sweet blend yet having the product a rich veggie flavor.
Threats

Base on the product of Limitless Company the possible threats that they can encounter are the
weather and supply of the Squash. To dry their squash they need to place it under the sun to make it
crispy when they fried it. In that case if its rainy day they are not be able to make their product crispy.
Moreover, if the supply of Squash is not enough to make goods, they need to increase the price of their
product that will cause lost of interest of the customer. And it affects the profitability of their business.
