Teaching English in the Elementary Grades (Language)

PART I

Given the kind of learners we have in our elementary classrooms, make a creative
diagram showing at least 5 traits that a modern teacher in the modern classroom should
have. Describe how each trait could help in the teaching and learning process.

One way to connect with our learners is to have a good

communication. Good communication leads to a more progressive
teaching and learning process where learners are able to make their
voices heard by their teachers. It is because at some point, learners
today are very sensitive and over thinker. With this trait present in
our modern teachers, we are not just building relationship with them
but also we are helping them build their selves.

Technology is rampant With the variety of subjects being taught in

nowadays that the primary grades, a modern teacher
everywhere, we could see should possesses versatility trait in herself
the usage of technology. for it is most likely to happen that it is not
As a modern teacher, it is just one subject a teacher will handle, it
important to have this could be two or more. With that, modern
trait where you know how teacher should be flexible enough to handle
to make a good use of not just the variety of subject but also the
technology in teaching variety of students.
