1) Why is extrinsic motivation more famous than the other?
Most of teachers usually used extrinsic because it represents all things that motivate students
based on external reward like money or praise. It is mostly used in order to engage actively
participation and caught the interest of students. Through reward, it makes students strive hard
just to get the reward they expected( often specific).
2) When does a plan and prepared lesson plan becomes ineffective?
A lesson plan becomes ineffective when the objectives and learning outcomes unable to obtain
and without a perfect time management tool in classroom. A step-by -step plan helps to lecture
important section of a topic with the prescribed time period. So, unable to end the topic on time,
able to repeat the topic again. As a result, students knowledge tends to become limited.

1) What makes a lesson plan sufficient? (justify accordingly)
Lesson plan sufficient when teacher obtains his/her goals and finish it in prescribed time period. The
lesson plan also has an evaluation for students and mostly indicates more references in order teacher
to be prepared in his class especially if there are lots of question from his/her students for
