1.1 Background of assignment
What is food hygiene and safety, why choose this topic?

1.2 Objective of Video Promotion


Food hygiene and safety is essential for producing and maintaining hygienic and
healthy conditions for the production and consumption of the food that we eat.
Our main objective for this video is to give awareness to society how to prepare
and provide safe food which contribute to a healthy and productive. We also
want to give overview example to society of how to prevent food spoilage by
restore food in proper container and place. Besides inform and educate people
about simple and practical methods of keeping food safe to protect themselves
against foodborne diseases.

1.3 Target Audience


We choose TikTok as our platform to spread our video and awareness is because nowadays
TikTok has the largest user in the world. It’s easy for simple awareness video to reach everyone
regardless of age and gender with simple hashtag
