Duration: Apr 2021 – Till
Description: Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited has identified the need for a process that would allow the
customer to submit a Loan Application with minimum face-to-face interaction with Kotak Prime Personnel. The
idea is to build the solution for Kotak Prime to implement Self Assisted Journey in Salesforce based on the best
practices. The solution should allow the various user types viz. Customers, Guest Users, and Operations
contribute to the Processing of Loan applications through a Self-Assisted Journey based on the seamless
integrations with existing bank systems and other key 3rd parties’ systems.

Contribution :
 Now we have started a new implementation in the LWC Lightning framework.
 Designed and created Apex Classes, Controllers, extensions, and Apex Triggers for various functional needs in the
application.
 Tracking knowledge Initiatives led by users and employees using Salesforce customizations, and Visual force.
 Gathering the requirements for the enhancement of the business application.      
 Performed unit testing.

Client: Financial Conduct Authority

Duration: March 2018 – April 2021
Description: Financial Conduct Authority is implementing a new CRM solution that will enhance the user
experience for its sales users and will enable the business to manage strong relationships with their customers,
retain them, and cross-sell services.
 There are Many approved persons form that user can submit via the application.
 The solution is intended to support both Salesforce Classic as well as Lightning Experience.
 The scope of this engagement is to implement the Salesforce.com sales cloud, the activities include
development.

Contribution :
 Now we have an implementation in the LWC Lightning framework.

application.

WEB SALES Portal

Description:
It’s an online portal where customers can review and buy insurance products without any
hassle. This functionality is intended for bypassing the agent system and allows customers to directly approach
to us and issue policies. The portal has an enhanced version of UI, which allows any non-technical and non-
insurance domain person to interact easily.

Role: Software Developer

Responsibilities:
 Involved in the design and development of various modules of the software such as Term Insurance
(iSecure, eTouch Term Plan), Future Gain, Fortune Gain, Retire Rich, etc.
 Defect fixing during testing and support for life issues.
 Involved in backend design and development.
 Preparation of various unit test cases.
