I want to sincerely thank and appreciate the following people for their assistance in
helping me complete my On Campus training.

To Mr Rafael V. Onate, adviser and our coordinator in BSED, for his tolerance, helpful
recommendations, and encouragement, he also made it possible for me to participate in ON
CAMPUS TRAINING.

To Dr. Arlene O. Monsalve, the dean of the college of teacher education, for her
unwavering support and for inspiring me to have confidence in my talents, Consequently,
allowing me to enroll the On Campus Training.

To My Family, especially my Mother in law for taking care of my son Lucas while I’m
at school, My Biological Mother thank you for supporting me and letting me enroll despite my
health issues, and to my partner Chad Francis who’s always there to guide, inspire and
support me emotionally and even physically.

To My Colleagues for their encouragement, wise counsel, and unending support with
regarding all parts of my studies.

Above all, I want to thank you Almighty God for giving me courage, knowledge,
guidance, and reasons not to give up. As well as for allowing me to learn the ways of life in
general and how to deal with problems in particular.

 SCHOOL PROFILE

The University of Saint Anthony (USANT) is a private non-sectarian higher education

institution located in Iriga City. It is known as one of the leading schools in the Rinconada area.

USANT offers a wide range of courses from its seven colleges and for Graduate School.

Moreover, it also offers Montessori Grade School Education, Junior High School Education, and

various strands for the Senior High School Level.

BACKGROUND OF THE SCHOOL

The University of Saint Anthony with Junior High School Department is the first

university in the City of Iriga and the first University established in the new society. It was born

out of the ashes of a global conflagration and it was built in the ruins and rubbles of the Second

World War. It was founded by a pioneering group of educators as a school for the masses,

including the thousands of men and women whose schooling was interrupted by the outbreak

of the Pacific War in 1941.
