Dear Mr. Erwin Tulfo,

This letter is a formal request for financial assistance with the costs of
continuing my college education. I currently do not have any financial help
from other institutions or scholarships.

I am an adopted child of my lesbian mother which is playing the role as my

father. He is unemployed and already in his 50s and has many difficulties in
finding job. My stand in mother is a domestic helper at Hongkong and is the
only one supporting me in my studies.

I applied scholarships but I still did not get any responses or confirmation that
I am accepted. 

I beg you to help me get through this trying time. I will keep looking for grants,
scholarships, and financial aid from my college for the upcoming year.
