Yoga helps me in achieving fitness and wellness because it helps me in improving my balance and having
a better body image. It also improves my mood and sleep.

2. Why is yoga beneficial for you? And how does it improve your fitness, and how does it help you as a
person?
Yoga is beneficial for me because it helps me physically, mentally, and spiritually. It also improved my
fitness in which it increased my muscle mass, strength, flexibility and many more. Aperson, yoga helps
me to relax my mind and cope with my stress.
