In the summer of 2009, INS finally succeded to establish a joint venture in Japan with
Suji Company, a leading Japanese tele-communications equipment manufacturer.
INS and Suji have both equal representation on the board of directors, with four
people each, but the entire personnel is provided by Suji, from top management to
production workers, as well as the president of the joint venture.
As the first president died suddenly, Suji nominated Kenzo Satoh to take his place,
but he is not considered to be a good fit by either Flyyn, the president of the international
division of INS, and Rose, the executive vice president of the joint venture. Flynn proposed
Kenzo Satoh for the presidency, but he is not seen as a good fit by the japanese. Here
begins the challenges for the two opposite companies that have to come to a common
ground in order to achieve the success of their joint venture.

- He graduated from Tokyo University and has been an employee in the Suji company
for over 40 years. In the last 15 years he had served almost exclusively in staff
functions and had been manager of Administartive Services at the company’s major
plant, manager of the general Affairs Department at the corporate headquarters and
personnel director.
