INS, is a major provider of value added network services in the US.

It's principal
products include high-speed data communications, data base management, transaction
processing services, and a variety of industry-specific information services.
In the summer of 2009, INS finally succeded to establish a joint venture in Japan with
Suji Company, a leading Japanese tele-communications equipment manufacturer.
INS and Suji have both equal representation on the board of directors, with four
people each, but the entire personnel is provided by Suji, from top management to
production workers, as well as the president of the joint venture.
As the first president died suddenly, Suji nominated Kenzo Satoh to take his place,
but he is not considered to be a good fit by either Flyyn, the president of the international
