management techniques in the table below. In your discussion, please use examples of how the selected
technique has been used or can be used by managers in a business situation, so that you can more thoroughly
explain the concepts of the selected management technique.
You are also required to compare and contrast your chosen technique with its technique pair, also in the table
below. Lastly, you need to give your opinion about the effectiveness and usability of your selected technique,
and state why and in what situations you believe managers should use this management technique.
