PERFORMANCE TASK # 1: Reflective Essay

1. Use short bond paper, font size - 12, font style - Arial, margin - justified.
2. File format must be pdf in order to avoid changes in the format once downloaded.
3. The essay must be made up of three paragraphs (Introduction, Body, Conclusion)
4. Failure to submit the PT on time will be deducted 5 points each day.
5. Copying and pasting essays from the internet is strictly prohibited and will be deducted
10 points if proven that it was only copied. Reflective essay must be in your own words.

7. The content of the reflective essay must answer the following guide questions:
a. What are the two main theories that explain the origin of the universe?
b. How are the two theories similar and different?
c. What theory do you think is more believable and why?
d. What is the implication of these theories to society and culture?
e. There is a divide between people’s belief on the origin of the universe. As a
science student and a person with religious beliefs, how are you going to
promote peace in a society of conflicting views of the universe?
