    Sub: Warning Letter for Concrete spill at site

    This letter is to inform you that we are receiving complain against for concrete
    spill directly into the environment we received so many complaints about your
    careless working Procedure which can cause an Environmental issues So
    company had decided to impose fine of 250 (AED) Per Workers.

    Please work safe and be careful next time this is last warning letter to you. Don’t
    do this again otherwise you’ll lose your job, after this, we will take strict action
    against you.
