    The agreement between the Ministry of Environment and Wild Life Resources and CECB for the
    maintenance work of 'Sobadam Piyasa" building signed on 27th of December.

    Due to a maintenance agreement rates are comprised with low profit margin.

    Therefore, please approve zero percentage (0%) retain at CECB for agreement between CECB and
    CESL (Details for CECB board paper with 0% retain on CECB has already emailed to you on
    05.02.2020). Then it will be easy for CESL to manage maintenance work technically and
    administratively.
