3-Day Activity Log and Reflection


Step 1: Select three days in a row that you will record how you spend your time.
Step 2: Use this template to record how many hours and the percentage of each day you spend
on certain activities.
Step 3: Do not fill in the answers to the reflection questions yet. After you finish this lesson,
you’ll use what you learned and this activity log to evaluate how you use your time.
Step 4: Save this template to your computer. You will use it complete the Lesson 2 assignment.

Note: To find the percentage of the day you spend on a certain activity, divide the number of hours you
spend doing an activity by 24. For instance, if you spend 2 hours one day playing a game basketball :
2/24=8%.
