NOTICE: -
1. material must supply by both parties, ( client and contactor )
2. For both internal and external paint works contractor must be
supplied all necessary material and skilled labor, but client should be
prepared scaffoldings and form works
3. Of the whole internal paints, some part of it will paint by demos and
peraltu paint, so the price listed on table 1.1. But if the client have not
interested on it, it will be paint by normal paint. Total normal paint
price listed on table 1.2
4. For compound floor paving material supplied by client. The materials
are terrazzo or other paving material, cement, sand and water
5. The Performa given on 3th week of 9th/2014 and valuable for only 20
days
6. Agreement shall be given after commencement
7. Payment should be first 50% , second 30% and finally 20%. And the
charge does not include VAT.
