My name is Chandan Kumar Behera from NITIE 2015-17 batch. I have a total of ~9 years of
professional experience in supply chain design & planning, product / program design and roll
out, project/program management, digital transformation, business strategy & business
analytics.

Currently, I am working at Flipkart as supply chain design specialist. My critical

responsibilities include the below:
● Evaluate business problems, develop business/product requirement documents,
design process / product, define success metrics & drive digital transformation
initiatives E2E
● Evaluate technical requirement of business partners, recommend required product
changes, conduct UAT and document process SOPs
● Prepare & present data driven business recommendations to leadership for changes
in existing product or processes or development of new products / processes

Prior to this, I was working with Oyo as supply chain excellence manager where I worked on
a few automation projects to improve efficiency.
Before that, I was working with Lava mobiles as cost & innovation manager to drive various
cost reduction and innovation projects. I also had experience in spare inventory planning &
distribution at pan India service centres.
