JOB DESCRIPTION – SiteMinder SSO

Required Experience:

Must have Skills

1. Candidate should have experience & capabilities to provide technical solutions to Production
Support issues.
2. Should have good hands on experience with Security System Integration for Identity &
Access Management solutions.
3. Should have experience on SAML, OIDC integrations.
4. Programming knowledge on either Java or .Net.
5. Review the IT artifacts in accordance to the industry best standards.
6. Adhere to the timelines, documenting and implementing the changes.
7. Will be responsible for Production and Operational support activities, application alert
monitoring, health checks, and incident management.
8. Willingness to work on shifts 16 X 5 model.
9. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
10. Co-ordination with enterprise application & infrastructure teams.
11. Come up with a plan to automate operational activities.
12. Good Communication Skills.

2. 4+ years of experience in SiteMinder
