PROJECT Do-It-Yourself Bag for Donation to Community

DESCIPTION
/ aims to produce two products, an instructional video and a self-crafted bag that is made of
TITLE: materials commonly found in any regular household. The video covers the process and
teaches the viewer how to make this specific kind of DIY bag as well at its benefits and the
bag will be donated to the community.
DURATION: 4Q AY 2020-2021
PLACE: On-line

Directions: This form shall capture feedbacks from the recipients of community-based activities which shall
be filled-up by NSTP Students. For online submission, convert this in pdf format with digital signature. Save it
