4.1) Fabrication complies with Following codes:

AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction)
manual & AWS (American Welding Society) code.
Fabrication tolerances are adopted from MBMA
(Metal Building Manufacturers Association, USA) code.
LOADING APPLIED AS PER MBMA-06.

6 CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ERECTION 6

5.1) Before starting erection, the Erector MUST check the followings at site:
(a) Critical distances and level of anchor bolts.
(b) Distances between grid lines.
(c) Diagonals between grid lines.
Erector shall report to Rhino PEB in case of any discrepancy with respect

to IFC drawings.
5.2) Safety First! The Erector is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the followings:
(a) Employing safe erection practices used in PEB industry.
(b) Experienced staff.

Erection supervisor MUST have the experience of safely

erecting more than 10 PEB buildings.
(c) Proper Equipment.
Steel guy wires (free of joints/knots) Safety harnesses and belts
PROJECT INFORMATION
Safety dress etc. for workers First Aid box.
5.3) Steel guy wires MUST be anchored firmly at ground or floor.
Do NOT remove steel guy wires before complete installation of
4 purlins, girts and bracings. ABSENCE OF GUY WIRES OR POOR
ANCHORING OF GUY WIRES AT GROUND/FLOOR MAY RISK THE
STABILITY OF BUILDING.

PEB STRUCTURE.
5.4) Erection MUST start from the 'braced bay.' Bracings MUST
be kept tight all the times. Proceeding towards next bay requires fixing
in-place ALL the purlins, girts and flange braces in previous bay. PROJECT NAME:
5.5) Make sure that right part is installed at right location.
