2. What are their functions?

The functions and goals are to research and learn about the municipality's susceptible
areas, the weakest spots, and the areas most likely to be affected by a natural disaster. What
resources, such as staff, supplies, sheltering, and transportation, would be required once the
various circumstances have been identified? Then there's the support that's required to keep
these resources going. Transportation, shelter, food, and water all require fuel. They'd also
need to be able to communicate with personal and financial resources. Medical intervention,
as well as a treatment facility or hospital, are discussed and incorporated. Once the variables
have been identified, the resources are enumerated, and agreements are established and
kept track of. The most cost-effective answer to as many instances as feasible. Identifying
what would be required in each scenario, as well as the quickest and most cost-effective
manner of resolving the event's issues.

3. What is the significance of having Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan in your
barangay?

The purpose of establishing a Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan is that if
a disaster happens, the barangay would know what to do and how to handle the issue
collaboratively and peacefully. Everything would be planned, including evacuation/shelter,
dangers, and community damage.
