Responsibilities -

 Achieve all the target given by the management.

 Map all the Pharma corporates / companies
 To find out the requirement of students that can be placed in the corporates /
companies
 Meet corporates and give presentations to the concerned departments
 Meet all the companies listed in the corporate control chart at least once in the
financial year (physically).
 Maintain and analyse the corporate control chart and data of all the concerned
people (Recruitment Manager & HR Heads) with their mobile no., Tel. no., email id.
and proper addresses from time to time.
 Create new avenues or markets for future growth
 Maintain good relations with the customers (Company’s Recruitment Manager, HR
Heads)
 Maintain and submit all reports to the management

Requirements –

Minimum 2 years of experience is needed as Placement officer with some university

or college or any educational institute or EdTech. Other requirements: -
 Pleasing personality
 Good communication skills
 Good presentation skills
 Good in MS word - Power point and Excel
 Self-starter
