Job Title Management Trainee – Renewals


Job Purpose Renewal Portfolio Management/Stakeholder Management
Reports to Renewals Lead
Team Reporting NA
Key
Responsibilities 1. Assigned to a project which would lead to Renewals business drive
& 2. Would be responsible for supporting a business channel for renewals
Accountabilities 3. Cross function work with all stakeholders – call centres, Sales
channels, distribution partners
4. Handling the communication/ renewals journey through digital
platform,etc

Knowledge / - Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal


Experience / communication.
Skills - Strong presentation skills. Solution oriented and able to negotiate

Behaviours / - Strong interpersonal skills, able to successfully build and maintain
