MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement made and entered into this 20th day of March 2020 at Caloocan City, Philippines,
by and between:

Palace Computer Enterprises and Genviebon Trading company, support PROJECT R.E.A.L
(Reading English Amidst Lockdown) and provide bond papers for the printing of modules and reading
materials of the pupils with office address at Batangas, herein represented by its OIC, Palace Computer
Enterprises and Genviebon Trading Company, MS. ESPERANZA E. ESPIONOSA.

and

The Rene Cayetano Elementary School of the Department of Education, a government entity
mandated by law, particularly B.P. 232, otherwise known as the “Education Act of 1982,” as amended by
Republic Act No. 9155, otherwise known as the “Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001”, with principal
address at Phase 8B Package 5 Bagong Silang Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines, represented by its
School Head, REMEDIOS B. LICONG, herein referred to as “DepEd”;

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the Palace Group of Companies, Batangas

WHEREAS, the company provides bond papers for the modules of children under PROJECT
R.E.A.L (Reading English Amidst Lockdown)

WHEREAS, the company will ensure the sustainability of the activity by bond papers for the
printing of modules and reading materials of the pupils under Project REAL.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Memorandum of Agreement as of the date
first above written at.
