SOP-Spot Removing

Purpose:

 To ensure spot free garments shipment to buyers.

Scope:

 Finishing section spotted garments and if required some other processes of the
production.

 Executive (Compliance Section)

Procedure:

1. Dedicated spot removing room & Authorized employees for the spot removing room
will be exists in the factory.
2. In dedicated spot removing room - proper ventilation, Washbasin with adequate
water supply system, PPE, Spillage kit & MSDS will be present there.
3. Executive of compliance team will provide training to dedicated spot removing room
operator on MSDS & other matters related with spot removing room.
4. Authorized employees are only allowed to entry the spot removing room.
Unauthorized personnel are totally prohibited to entry that room.
5. Before starting work inside the spot removing room, authorized personnel of spot
removing room will perfectly wear their daily PPE (Mask, Scarf, Hand gloves &
Safety Goggles) & dedicated finishing supervisor will follow up it.
6. Identified spots/stains garments will be kept in the outdoor dedicated area of spot
removing before removing spots/stains.
7. The authorized employees of spot removing room will take those outside kept
garments inside the spot removing for removing stains/spots.
8. Unauthorized personnel will not be allowed to take garments inside the spot
removing room.

9. For removing spot, the authorized employees will use only water & spot lifter – 833.
10. Spot lifter & water will only be used for menswear & water will be used only for
kidswear.
11. After removing spots/stains, those garments will be kept outside dedicated area of
spot removing area.
12. Finishing personnel will collect those spots/stains removed garments from the
outside dedicated area of spot removing area.
13. Dedicated Supervisor for spot removing room will keep record in his/her “Daily Spot
Monitoring Checklist” for future reference.
