I. Title of the Activity: DRY RUN/SIMULATION OF DISTANCE LEARNING

MODALITIES

Venue : UNION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MAYORGA DISTRICT

Date: SEPTEMBER 21, 2020

III. Summary:

To show that the alternative delivery modality will work this school
year. The dry run depicts the real scenario of what has to become in the
opening of classes.

The school has done some preparations for the opening of classes
in the new normal situation attended by the teachers, parents, Brgy.
Officials and the BFP Mayorga.

The teachers. Headed by the school principal conducted the dry

run in the school premises through Modular Distance Learning Modality.

The preliminaries were done such as the activities of health

protocols- hand washing, taking of body temperature, logbook of parents
for contact tracing.

After that the parents will go to the respective rooms where their
pupils enrolled. Following with the health protocols such as social
distancing and wearing of face mask.

It was indeed a successful dry run. It is observed that the

collaborative effort will make this alternative delivery modality work.
IV. Output/Outcomes

The dry run/simulation went well. All parents cooperated and followed the
health protocols.

V. Problems Encountered/Solutions Applied

There was a lot of needs on the materials needed for the activities.
With the help and cooperation of the parents all went well afterwards.

VI. Sustainability/Replication

The school was able to know what to improve in this modular distance
learning modality.
