Welcome to our presentation on KalyEskwela, a community project aimed at teaching basic literacy skills to street
children in Brgy Ramon Cruz, GMA Cavite.
Our team, Kennedy, Gerricko, and Jerico, will be responsible for coordinating and implementing this project.
The target beneficiaries of this project are the street children in our community, and we will be using the Day Care
Center in blk 14 Brgy Ramon Cruz as the location for our classes and activities.
Our timeline for this project is as follows:
Week 1: We will conduct a needs assessment to identify the number and needs of street children in the community.
Week 2-4: We will develop a strategy for teaching basic literacy skills to street children, including creating special
programs or classes, providing transportation and other support services, and partnering with community
organizations.
Week 5-8: We will implement the plan, including coordinating with local schools and community organizations to
provide services and support to the street children, and working with government agencies and other stakeholders
to secure funding and other resources.
Week 9-12: We will evaluate the progress of the plan, including collecting and analyzing data on enrollment and
attendance rates, academic performance, and other relevant indicators.
Week 13-16: We will make any necessary adjustments to the plan based on the evaluation results.
Week 17-20: We will sustain the project, including securing ongoing funding and support, building partnerships
with local organizations and government agencies, and developing strategies to ensure that the children continue to
receive the education and support they need after the project ends.

We expect the following short-term outcomes as a result of this project:
