The main goal of “Lakbay tungo sa Karunungan” is to introduce the concept of a youth
being engage in our community while helping street children, who are not capable to go to
school and learn because of poverty. In this project we want the children to enjoy and be
inspired to have dreams in life, even there’s a numerous type of discouragement through
many forms of negatively. Our project seems to have a surplus day to teach the children and
still manage our personal life. 
All children have a right to learn and improve their selves. Our project aims to help
every each of them to gain the basic academic knowledge that may help their daily lives. We
want to give light that might guide them to the right path that we wanted. It is easy to dream
but we are determined to pursue and continue our “Lakbay tungo sa Karunungan” project.  
 
II. PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
A. To give school supplies (books, notebooks, pencils, colors, etc.) 
B. To aid Children/street children on learning. 
C. To sell pre-loved clothes to support our project and beneficiaries.

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) preparation to sell preloved clothes 
Day 1 (Friday): We will prepare and collect unused clothes from family member. 
Day 2 (Saturday): We will wash the unused clothes that we collected. 
Day 3 (Sunday): We will now prepare to sell unused clothes through live selling or in
person. 

Another 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) of our “Lakbay tungo sa


Karunungan” 
Day 1 (Monday): We will go to the barangay to get permit and ask permission to
conduct our project on our selected barangays. 
Day 2 (Tuesday): First, we will buy the school supplies and snacks through the fund
we collected by selling preloved clothes. 
Day 3 (Wednesday): Distribute the school supplies before the activity begin. 

Activity: 
*Exercise for the children/ street children 
* Teach the children/street children 
*Snacks time 
Since we are students too, we need to handle and control our time management. So,
we decided to separate our day-to-day schedule handle the children by age.

VI. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
  The Lakbay Tungo sa Karunungan Project beneficiaries are the street children
/children who are not capable to learn and go to school. The main goal of this project
is help them to read, write and be inspire of dreaming and pursuing their goals in life.

VII. BUDGET PROPOSAL:


School Supplies = 3,500 
Snacks/ Foods = 800 x 3weeks =2,400               
     2,400 +3,500 = 5,900
The allocation to be requested amounts of 5,900 pesos for the whole session in 3
weeks. The budget is intended to provide the needs of the students. (School supplies,
snacks/Foods) 

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:


Quality assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring, and evaluating shall
be 95% successful for these children to learn and aspire young learner.

Input/ Findings:  The “Lakbay Tungo sa Karunungan project aims to help the street
children in our barangay to learn the basic knowledge while they are
enjoying their childhood. 
Outcomes:  Through the implication of our project, we can inspire and aspire young
learners to have dreams in life. 
Impact:  The positive impact of our project is:  
- We can change learners' perspective 
-We can help street children to learn 
this project aims to help the children to realize that life is a treasure that
we need to discover and explore. So, learn to learn new things around
the world and learn from it.

The barangay Pulido is a community that has a large population, a community also
that needs a project that will help those children who are struggling in reading and writing.
That is why we, the Grade 12 students at General Mariano Alvarez Technical High School

and the other volunteer teachers will be conduct a project called ESKWELARO: Engage the
educational and fun-filled tutorials. It aims to teach some students from grade 1 to 3 who are
struggling in reading and writing. This program that helps children on how to read and write,
every Saturday starting January 28, 2023. We will undergo this project to the Day Care
Center of Brgy. Bernardo Pulido, GMA Cavite to teach and to monitor the progress of
children. The materials that we needed are printed modules based on their curriculums,
chairs, and foods. After 2 and half hours we will start to have a fun activity for children feel
not bored and they will always commit to our activity. And whoever wins will have a reward,
and the remaining times will be used for them to take their snacks before leaving the place.

II. PROJECT OBJECTIVES:


The goal of this project is to teach the Grade 1 to 3 students who are struggling in
reading and writing with matching games and for the winner we gave a reward, so that they
commit to attend in our activity-For teachers and the school, this project provides
supplemental activities that will help the students who are identified as struggling readers and
having a difficulty in writing. Also, another aim of our project is to help their parents who
have less time teaching their children and for them to monitor their progress.

WEEK 2-4: Develop a strategy for teaching basic literacy skills to including creating special
programs or classes and partnering with community organizations.  

 WEEK 5-8: Implementing the plan, including coordinating with San Gabriel 1 Elementary
school and barangay officials to provide services and support to Grade 1-3 learners and
working with non- government agencies and other stakeholders to secure funding and other
resources. 

 WEEK 9-12: Evaluate the progress of the plan, including collecting and analyzing data on
attendance rates, academic performances and other relevant indicators.  

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Our project called ESKWELARO: Engage the educational fun-filled tutorials. Teach
those students who are struggling in reading and writing from Grade 1-3 to provide
supplemental activities to their knowledge.

VI. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
The primary target beneficiaries of the ESKWELARO project are the children who
have been enrolled to San Gabriel 1 Elementary School from Grade 1- 3 who are struggling
to reading and writing skills into their comprehensions with teachers. The project aims to
provide these children with a basic education by enhancing their reading and writing skills
letting out. Their potentials and to boost their confidences. It is important to note that the said
project will have secondary beneficiaries as well including the children's families and the
wider community. By enhancing their children with an activity that help their skills letting
out, the project aims to empower them to take control of their futures and improve their

quality, which in turn will contribute to the development of their families and to the
community. 

VII. BUDGET PROPOSAL:

Learning materials and supplies - this would include costs for items such as pencils and
pens, printed modules based on DepED curriculum and other necessary materials for the
students to learn (8 x 20= 240 Php. For pencils and pens, 25 x 30 = 750 for printed handouts
Food and snacks - this would include the cost of providing meals and snack to the street
children during their time in the classroom (Php. 1000) 

 Evaluation and assessments - This would include costs for assessment materials and other
evaluation activities, such as surveys and monitoring of the project progress such as test
papers (Php. 500)  
 Miscellaneous - this would include miscellaneous expenses, such as office supplies and
insurance.  
Contingencies- Include extra funds to cover any unexpected costs that may arise during the
project implementation (Php 500)

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:

The assigned monitoring team will conduct the said monitoring on and after of the said
project proposal.

I. PROJECT RATIONALE: 

Feeding Programs are the most usual conducted projects in most


communities in General Mariano Alvarez typically built for children to
adults either conducted by Local  officials or Group of Volunteers that aims
to lessen the hunger of society especially on this  current generation where
we currently experiencing crisis of high cost of living. 
However, Humans are not the only creatures on this planet who
experience crisis in  terms of the life’s survival, Stray dogs are having
difficulties in most of life’s aspects, They  also have dilemmas in food
shortage, Most of stray animals are suffering from Malnutrition  and lack of
nutrients, Living in dirt and more inappropriate lifestyle compare to humans
like  drinking drainage waters, Especially half of dogs population in our
community are suffering  from skin condition like severe itch and fur loss
(Galis). Strays are not frequently given proper attention in their basic needs
and I think that in shall make a move and do something that could  help our
stray's survival That is why I established the ALAGA, KALINGA
PROJECT. 
The Alaga, Kalinga Project designed for Stray Dogs that aims to
provide meal designated for them. This Alaga,Kalinga Project could help
our loving Stray Dogs to have nutritious food consumption and make their
stomachs full in able to gain energy to wag their  tail in

C. To Promote Stray Dog’s health that people should care about Dog's or other Animal’s life
and give adequate attention to their needs that they can no longer provide.

 The Alaga,Kalinga Project timeline will be held February 19 – February  25 (1week)
of giving meals and vitamins for stray dogs in Efipanio Malia's roads  and narrow streets. 

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

 Team of Alaga,Kalinga Project meal distribution will move every 


weekdays. The System of financing will be recyclable trash collection either donated
or collected, Our team will collect trash we could sell from households and the
money we will collected would be combine together with our savings came from 
school allowances.

 The Target Beneficiaries are the Malia's Homeless dogs neglected by their 
owners and ended living on the streets and risk their live in order to survive because
they could  hit by transportation anytime especially living along the streets can gain
bacteria that could  cause medical conditions with such severe impacts in their health
so I chose Stray dogs to be  my Target beneficiaries.

Chicken Liver ½ kilo (per day) 100 php.

Vitamin supplies 2 bottles (per a week) 400 php.

Night of Worship is a comprehensive, developmental program designed to assist every


youth in making relations with others and deepening their spiritual lives. In simple words, it
is a journey on which people develop to make mature and make the right decisions in their

lives. It helps the youth to fulfill their aspirations by surrendering to Jesus to be enlightened.


Night of Worship will determine the youths by providing them in worshiping God with other
youth that is a non- believer. 
The youths of Barangay Calimag need to encourage everyone that there is no problem
to cry. and devotion. The participation of every youth enhances their experience to praise and
worship as their spiritual life will grow. For some of the youths that going through hardships
that they cannot easily open with other people, this project will encourage them to surrender
all to God and the Lord will save all of us from our darkest moments. Through this project,
we can help other people to overcome every situation they have by making them believe that
Jesus will not forsake them. 

II. PROJECT OBJECTIVES:


A. To deepen the spiritual life of every youth. 
B. To prepare them to accept Jesus in their lives. 
C. To help some youth who have a problem that is not easy to share with other
people.
D. To build relationships between believers to non-believers. 
E. To encourage everyone to support each other. 
F. To develop themselves to change on what are their wrongdoings.

“May Bigas sa Basura” project aims to lessen the waste in Barangay Macario

“DUMI FREE PROJECT”


  For Barangay Población 1 
I. PROJECT RATIONALE: 
Behind the municipality of GMA, Cavite, lies a locality called Barangay Población 1.
The Barangay is made up of little alleys where stray animals, including dogs, dwell after
being abandoned by their owners. Because of this, the animals were a nuisance to the
neighborhood’s residents, and anyone who breathed in the animal waste may get sick. Due to
a lack of funds to provide for them, among other things, the owners let their pets or animals
go independently. The "Dumi Free" initiative will assist the people of Barangay Población 1
in staying healthy. In addition to conducting a seminar regarding street animals, we will use

 “KALYESKWELA” 
A community Project Proposal for Barangay Ramon Cruz

I. PROJECT RATIONALE

The project “KalyEskwela” aims to provide basic literacy to street children in


Barangay Ramon Cruz, GMA Cavite by teaching them how to read and write. The rationale
behind this project is rooted in the belief that education is a fundamental human right and is
essential for personal and societal development.

Street children in the Philippines are among the most marginalized and disadvantaged
groups, as they are often forced to live and work on the streets due to difficult family
circumstances. Street children are defined md as children who work or live in the streets and

living without the care of their parents or guardian. These children are often subjected to
abuse, exploitation, and neglect, and as a result, have very limited opportunities for personal
development and social integration. Without access to education, these children are at a
significant disadvantage, as they are less likely to be able to secure employment or participate
fully in society as adults.

The “KalyEskwela” project aims to break in this cycle by providing these street
children with access to education which is crucial to empower them and break the poverty
cycle. By teaching them how to read and write, the project aims to give them the tools they
need to improve their chances of breaking the cycle of poverty and achieving their full
potential. The project will be implemented in collaboration with local community
organizations and volunteers to ensure sustainability and the involvement of the community.
By providing these children with access to education, the project aims to empower them to
take control of their own futures and improve their quality of life.

II. PROJECT OBJECTIVES


The main objectives of the “KalyEskwela” project are as follows:

· To provide basic literacy to street children in Barangay Ramon Cruz, GMA Cavite by
teaching them how to read and write.

· To create a safe and supportive learning environment for the street children, where they can
feel comfortable and engaged in their education.

· To empower street children by giving them the tools they need to improve their chances of
breaking the cycle of poverty and achieving their full potential.

· To work with local community organizations and volunteers to ensure the sustainability of
the project.

IV. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION

The “KalyEskwela” project is expected to run for a period of 3 weeks, starting on


February 2023. The project will be implemented on a regular weekly basis, with classes held
every Sunday for a duration of two hours per session. The classes will be held in the Day
Care Center located in Block 14 in Barangay Ramon Cruz, GMA Cavite.

V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The “KalyEskwela” project aims to address the issue of illiteracy among street children in
Barangay Ramon Cruz, GMA Cavite by providing them with basic reading and writing skills.
The project is designed to meet the specific needs of these children by providing them with
educational opportunities that are customized to their unique circumstances. The project will

utilize a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on learning activities to engage the
children and make learning fun and interactive.

The “KalyEskwela” project aims to empower street children in Barangay Ramon Cruz,
GMA Cavite by providing them with the basic literacy skills they need to improve their lives
and break the cycle of poverty. It is a community initiative that will make a positive impact
on the children and the community.

VI. TARGET BENEFICIARIES

The primary target beneficiaries of the “KalyEskwela” project are street children in
Barangay Ramon Cruz, GMA Cavite who lack access to education and face difficult
circumstances due to poverty and other socio-economic challenges.

who will gain valuable experience in working with street children and contributing to the

VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION 
Name of Activity:  KalyEskwela  
Input/ Findings:  “KalyEskwela” is a community project aimed at addressing the issue
of street children in Barangay Ramon Cruz who lack basic literacy
skills. Through research and observations, it was found that many of
these children have never attended school or have dropped out early
and lack the ability to read and write. 
Outcomes:  Through the implementation of KalyEskwela, the project aims to
provide basic literacy education to street children in Barangay Ramon
Cruz, including the ability to read and write, as well as basic
numeracy skills. 
Impact:  The successful implementation of KalyEskwela would have a
significant positive impact on the street children of Barangay Ramon
Cruz by providing them with essential literacy skills that will enable

Recommendation:  The community should provide support to the KalyEskwela project
by providing funding, volunteers, and resources to ensure the
program’s success in providing basic literacy education to street
children in Barangay Ramon Cruz. Furthermore, stakeholders and
government should be encouraged to provide support in terms of
providing education for these children and finding them a permanent
home, and also providing them with resources such as books and
materials that they need to continue learning.

“Plastic to Profit Project” for Single Mothers


For Barangay Severino Delas Alas
I. PROJECT RATIONALE:
Plastic to profit project designed to promote proper waste management within
their homes and community, and to explore alternative reduce, reuse, recycle (3Rs)-
related livelihood project by transforming recyclable materials into recycled stunning
handicrafts that they can sell and make as a livelihood.
Barangay Delas Alas needs to have an improved waste management that can
create jobs and income opportunities for single mothers and women living within
informal settlements in Block 19, thus helping vulnerable populations adapt to the
environmental problems the barangay. Recycling can open many opportunities not only
for reducing waste, but also for gaining new value from it.
We, the student proponents and volunteers, will teach the beneficiaries on making
these handicrafts and will take care on the marketing of the products that it will be sold on
retail stores, schools and other communities. The beneficiaries will get the proceeds from
the sale of the products.

The Barangay officials shall conduct a Plastic to Profit program for
beneficiaries of Barangay Delas Alas. The 5 Day Activity includes the following;
Day 1: (March 6, 2022) Preparation
Day 2: (March 7, 2022) Seminar/Training Process
Day 3-4: (March 8 to March 9, 2022) Start of Making Handicrafts
Day 5: (March 10, 2023) Selling of the Products

This program will have afternoon sessions start from 2 pm to 4pm.

II. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:


This undertaking will benefit the Single mothers of Barangay Delas Alas
located in Block 19 as they are bound to make a way of earning money.

III. BUDGET PROPOSAL:


Allocation to be requested is amounting to 3,000.00 pesos only. Budget is
intended to use on the listed items below.
