The bar chart demonstrates data in terms of 3 favorite types of transportation which are

used by young people from 4 different countries including Great Britain, USA, Germany and
France.

As an overall trend, car is the most favorite choice of all means of vehicles in GB, USA and
France while German youth has a tendency towards bicycle. In contrast, the proportion of
people choosing to commute by bicycle makes up the smallest segment.

As it can be seen from the chart, car was the major sort of transportation with the young
generation in France, which owned the highest figure of over 75%. Meanwhile, it is less
preferred by young people in Great Britain and USA which recorded the same figure at 60%. In
comparison, car is the least favored in Germany compared to 3 other countries. Just about 40%
of people using car to travel in Germany.

On the other hand, Germany shows an interesting trend that almost half of the adolescents
are keen on riding a bicycle. Bicycle is on the top of transportation preferred by Germany with
the figure of 45%. The figures for Great Britain, France and USA are a bit smaller, 30%, 15% and
10% respectively.

The highest percentage of motorbike-loving youngsters are located in USA as around 30% of
people in this country use motorbike. Meanwhile, the preference for motorbikes in Germany is
higher than that of France, 15% and 10% in turn. The figure for people using this means of
vehicle in Great Britain also stood at 10% which was similar to that in France.
