The proposal aims to motivate our teachers to better their

instruction and create a more collaborative working
environment where they support, share and highlight their
accomplishments.
Also, this class dojo point system will allow the Bronx ASCS
admin team to recognize all best practices and motivate all
educators to do their best.
Moreover, we believe our point system will help to improve
positive school culture and climate since we recognize our
staff's accomplishments.
