How can teachers log into CLEVER
❖ Use your school
email to log into
your CLEVER
account.
Downloading CLEVER badges -
❖ Download your CLEVER
badges for your class and
hand them out to your
students.
❖ You can have the students
keep it in their pencil case or
anywhere you know they will
not lose it.
❖ I suggest keeping copies at
your desk incase a student
loses it, you will have a new
one ready!

Adding Apps to CLEVER page
❖ Adding apps to your page will
help scholars find the platform
easily!
❖ Some platforms are (Splash
learn, hmh, IXL, Readworks,
Epic, Renaissance, Edulastic,
EdPuzzle, Kahoot, Khan
Academy, GoNoodle, etc.)
How to add students on schoology ❖ Add admin, coaches, and the
(Grades 3-5) special education teacher for
your grade on schoology.
❖ Add them same way as adding
a student. Once the admin,
coach, or co-teacher is added,
next to their name on the right
side is a small mechanic
symbol. Click on the symbol
and make them an admin.
This will give that teacher
access to all of your
schoology.)
How to set up grade percentage in schoology -
❖ make sure you find out what
the percentages should be
for your grade class and
subject as everyone's is
different. This can be found
out in PLC
❖ Set up as calculated TOTAL
POINTS! Not percentage.
❖ Make sure to hit save
changes on the bottom
before exiting the page.

How to add students on EPIC
❖ You do not need to
create a pin for each
student
❖ If you teach 2 classes,
you can add all of your
students to one epic
and then separate them
into groups. That way all
50 students are using
the same code

❖ Log in to your Epic account > Switch to


your Parent or Educator Profile. Next to
your avatar at the top right > Mouse
over 'My Library', and select
Collections. Next to the preferred
Collection, click 'Share'. To share with
another teacher directly through Epic,
click 'Share with an Epic Teacher'.
How to use and add students to READWORKS
❖ Readworks is great for differentiating
work. Students have the option to
have the story read to them if they
need to be accommodated.
❖ If a teacher has 2 sets of students,
the teacher can separate each class
and assign specifically to one class
or student if needed.
❖ Students can log in through CLEVER
or go straight to the website and use
the pin provided by the teacher.
❖ Teachers can assign a reading as a
quiz or test.
❖ Some readings have vocabulary
activities.

How can teachers use SAVAAS
How to upload SAVAAS student work and project on
smartboard (K-2) ❖ All K-2 teachers must project student work
on Smartboard.
❖ To do this take a picture of student work on
your phone and email the picture to yourself.
❖ Next, open your email on your computer and
click on the picture.
❖ On the right hand side will be an upside
down arrow to download the picture.
❖ Download the picture to expand it so the
whole class can see.
❖ At the bottom left side on your computer you
will see the downloaded picture. Click on
that.
❖ Make sure your HDMI cable is connected to
your computer!
