great help to them in their situation)

1. Fathers of the community that have no work due to a pandemic situation

One of the businesses that can be suited for those fathers of the community that have no
work brought by the pandemic named Covid-19 is a business “street foods aka Pangtawid
gutom/meryenda” It consists of lots of variety and depends on the skills or things they can do.

The following food that they can sell is the example below depending on their preferred choice and
the capital or investments that they have:

- Balot, penoy, chicharon and nilagang mani
- Siomai rice

- Fried tofu, isaw, kalamares, and dynamite
- Dos-Tres
- Barbeque
- Fried chicken
- Fries, hamburgers, footlongs, and sandwiches
2. Mothers who are staying at home to tend to their children and household

As one of the daughters who have parents having a business for more than 35 years, I
recommend the business of my mother where she started and up to now still there and growing.
The business I suggested was breakfast food every morning, perfect for workers, students,
neighbors, and others who are on the morning shift. It will also be a way to prepare her children’s
meals aside from her business. It could help those people who are in hurry and have no time to
cook.
The following breakfast food (almusal) depends on the capabilities, budgets, and time that
the mother can make:
- Gotto
- Champorado
- Sopas
- Pansit bihon
- Spaghetti
- Sotanghon
- Pancake
- Palabok
- Pansit bato
- Carbonara
