EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Business Ideas and goals
A lot of people mostly students,teachers and nearby workers like foods in an eatery
that they can easily find and fill the their tummys with satisfaction.Every time a class or work
ended especially in lunch time many people would prefer to go home and spend their lunch
time leaving some struggle to go back to their work and ended up in a late situation. The group
7 establish ‘Tasty Heaven’ to offer a delightfull dish that satisfies everyones cravings.The group
aims to give the costumers a good food service.
Marketing
Tasty Heaven is a small eatery business that sells good food product with an affordable
price. Afretada,kinilaw,sinabaw na baboy are among the foods that can be served at the tasty
heaven.We provide a delicious and exquisite foods to satisfy everyones cravings.Tasty Heaven
treats its costumers as a fellow friends, providing them with free will to choose what kind of
foods their going to choose in order for as to serve. Tasty heaven ensures that a good and
simple servings will help you satisfy your cravings with ours satisfying foods.
Operations
The production and operations of foods of Tasty Heaven is located at near Agusan Del
Sur College , Bayugan City

Finances
The biggining capital of the project was Php 2000 . this ammount will be used to buy the
ingridients needed to make the food products such as the adobo, pinakbet , and afretada
acquire needed equipment for prodution (if necessary) and buy other things for the products.

Afretadang manok is a delicious dish consisting of chicken, beef, or pork braised in


tomato sauce with carrots, potatoes, and red and green bell peppers with additional condiment
of soy souce. And can also be cooked with seafood. It will be served in a price of 15 to 30
pesos depending on the ammount serve.

Pinakbet a delicious dish that consisted of variety of veggiessuch as eggplant, tomato,


ginger, okra, pumpkin, winged beans, squash, chilli peppers, lima beans, bagoong isa or
bagoong alamang, all were combined to create a deledctable dsih that costumers would
experience. Also be served with a price of 15 to 30 pesos depending on the ammount of serve.

Adobo is another dish that is available to be serve in our business. It consists of pork
and chicken stewed in a marinade of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic ,herbs, and spices. It can be
sreved in 15 to 30 pesos depending on the ammount of served the costumer wants.

• To be schools centric near eating center where students and nearby workers can dine
inn, enjoy, gather and discover food that they might want to buy and satisfy their
cravings.
Mission

• To provide costumers with high quality and affordable food products and can be easy
to find for costumers to find especially for students. And also to be able to understand
our costumer’ changing needs in order for to improve our services to the costumers.
