INGREDIENT DETAILS

Ingredient A

1. 6-7 pcs chicken - cut small pieces

2. Tumeric powder

3. Salt

Ingredient B

1. Garlic 3 pcs

2. Shallots 5 pcs

3. Ginger 10g

Ingredients C

1. Oil 30g

2. Serbuk kari ayam/daging 1 tbsp

3. Daun kari 2 strips

Ingredients D

1. Kicap pekat 20g

2. Oyster sauce 20g

3. Kicap manis 15g

4. Water 50g / half MC

5. Asam keping 1

6. Fried chicken

VIEW STEP-BY-STEP

COOKING METHOD

STEP 1
Combine cut chickens with tumeric powder
and salt, deep fry or bake until cooked.

STEP 2
Chop ingredients B, scrape down and repeat

oC 5s 8

STEP 3
Add ingredients C to saute

120 o C 8m 1

STEP 4
Add ingredients D to cook

oC 3m Spoon

TIPS
Best eaten with hot rice and sambal gesek
