Trainee commitment
Clinical training at King Fahd Medical City require
direct patient’s contact and to provide therapeutic
services to patients, which may lead to exposure of
the trainee to some diseases during the clinical
training period. Trainee should acknowledge that
he/she is informed about this, and will relieve King
Fahd Medical City from any responsibilities related
to any injuries or any other liability that may happen
due to training, unless, it is proved that the injury is
caused by the negligence or failure to take the
appropriate and necessary precautions from KFMC.
Trainees shall also abide by the following duties, and
in the case of breach of any of the duties, it shall
entitle King Fahad Medical City to terminate the
training:
Keep the information confidential and do not
disclose to any third party, whether that information
belongs to patients or to King Fahd Medical City or

its employees, except as required by law or approved
by the authority of King Fahd Medical City to
disclose it.
Follow the policies and procedures of King Fahd
Medical City and especially the policies and

procedures designed for your safety from infectious
diseases and the risks of doing work.
Follow the general public Morales and Islamic values
3
and principles.
Follow the ethics of health practitioners issued by the
4 Saudi Commission for Health Specialties legislative
and other parties.
Non-assemble in waiting rooms of patients or the
5
lobby in hospitals or outpatient clinics.
6 Issue identification card on the first day of training.
7 Wear identification card visibly while in hospital.
No to use ID card to enter in Unauthorized places to
8
login or outside training time.
In case of not issuing the ID card, the lost or not
9 wearing it visibly, penalties will be imposed by the
security department at KFMC.
Wear the approved uniform for specialization and

follow:
Modest, decent and covered dress as the Islamic
religion and traditions indicate.
Cover the hair of the full head of women with non-
transparent and non- garnished cover with wearing
the Islamic hijab for Muslim women.
It is not allowed to wear transparent clothes or with
opening.
It is prohibited anomalies hairstyles and wearing
hats. Always keep hair tidy and clean.

‫ـة للحاالت المرضية وتقديم الخدمة‬/‫مباشرة المتدربـ‬
‫ـة لإلصابة‬/‫ مما قد يعرض المتدربـ‬،‫العالجية للمرضى‬
‫ ويقر‬،‫ببعض األمراض أثناء التدريب اإلكلينيكي‬
‫ـة بأنه بلغ بذلك وأنه يعفي مدينة الملك فھد‬/‫المتدربـ‬
‫الطبية من أي تبعات أو إصابات قد يتعرض لھا بسبب‬
‫ إال إذا ثبت أن إصابته ناجمة عن إھمال أو عدم‬،‫التدريب‬
‫اتخاذ االحتياطات الالزمة والضرورية من قبل الطرف‬
‫األول كما يتعھد بااللتزام بالواجبات التالية وفي حال‬
‫ يحق لمدينة الملك فھد الطبية‬،‫اإلخالل بأي من الواجبات‬
:‫إنھاء التدريب‬
‫الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات وعدم الكشف عنھا ألي‬
‫ سواء كانت تلك المعلومات تخص المرضى‬،‫طرف ثالث‬
‫ فيما عدا ما‬،‫أو مدينة الملك فھد الطبية أو العاملين بھا‬ 
‫يطلبه القانون أو بتصريح من قبل مدينة الملك فھد‬
.‫الطبية بالكشف عنھا‬
‫التقيد بسياسات وإجراءات مدينة الملك فھد الطبية‬
‫وخصوصا ً السياسات واإلجراءات المتعلقة بسالمتكم من‬


.‫االلتزام باآلداب العامة والقيم والمبادئ اإلسالمية‬ 
‫االلتزام بأخالقيات الممارسين الصحيين الصادرة من‬
‫الھيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية والجھات‬ 
.‫التشريعية االخرى‬
‫عدم التجمع في غرف انتظار المرضى أو البھو داخل‬

‫المستشفيات أو العيادات الخارجية‬
‫إصدار البطاقة التعريفية في أول يوم من مباشرة‬


‫ارتداء البطاقة التعريفية بشكل ظاھر أثناء التواجد في‬


‫عدم استخدام البطاقة التعريفية للدخول في األماكن غير‬
.‫ـا بالدخول أو خارج أوقات التدريب‬/‫المصرح لھـ‬
‫في حال عدم إصدار البطاقة أو فقدانھا أو عدم ارتدائھا‬
‫ سيتم فرض جزائات ومبالغ مالية من قبل‬،‫بشكل ظاھر‬
.‫إدارة األمن‬
:‫ارتداء الزي المعتمد للتخصص وإتباع ما يلي‬
‫ لبس المالبس المحتشمة الشرعية حسب تعليمات الدين‬.
.‫الحنيف والتقاليد مع اكتمال شروط الحشمة‬
‫ تغطية شعر الرأس كامالً للمرأة بغطاء غير شفاف‬.
.‫وغير مزخرف مع ارتداء الحجاب الشرعي للمسلمات‬
.‫ تمنع المالبس الشفافة والضيقة أو المفتوحة‬.
‫ تمنع قصات الشعر الشاذة )القزغ( ولبس القبعات‬.
.‫ويحب أن يكون الشعر مرتباً ونظيفا‬

It is not allowed the walk through the health facility
dressed with operating and delivery rooms uniforms.
It is not allowed to wear clothing with images,
writings or logos.
Is not allowed to wear jeans of all kinds or similar
cloth made from denim material (cotton solid
clothes), it is prohibited to wear sports shirts.
.It is Prohibited to wear any indecent clothing and
any clothes that is not acceptable norm in public
places
It is Prohibited to wear any gold accessories (chains
for men). It is allowed to wear a watch and a ring
also prevents nail polish and cosmetics.
It is Prohibited to wear high-heeled shoes (5 cm
maximum) and noise making with the base of the
heel and high-end. should not exceed area of 2x2
When wearing trousers and uniform (scrubs) must
wear front closed shoe with socks.
Follow Other instructions that the training
administration issues about the dress code or the
general appearance of the trainee that may arise on
the policy in the future.
Smoking is not allowed during the presence of
training sites and in public squares and roads inside

king Fahad Medical City, except for designated areas
for smoking.
12 Compliance with the schedule and dates of training.
Follow the training hours (According to the official

working hours of its Medical Administration)
Carry out duties related to training that assigned by
14 the first party and duties which determined by the
academic reference (university /college).
Perform all duties related to training that assigned by
15
the training supervisor or preceptors.
In case of absence for three days, the university will
be notified and training will stop until the issuance of
a notice from the university to accept the excuse of
16
absence and will be examined by the medical
department of King Fahd Medical City
