    to participate in the TWINKLER AND SATR PLAYDAY to be held at Bacong Sport Complex,
    San Luis, Aurora on January 14, 2023 (Saturday).

    I have considered the benefits that my daughter will derived from her participation in this
    activity with the understanding that every precaution is to be taken to ensure her safety. I will
    not hold the Girl Scout of the Philippines particularly Council staff responsible for any untoward
    incident that may happen beyond their control.
