Dear Sir/Madam:

It has come to the attention of the undersigned residents of Victoriaville Subdivision that the
second gate in front of said subdivision has never been used and opened for ingress or egress
of vehicles. The space has been used as a parking lot for some, instead of parking their
vehicles in their garage. Only one gate is used for ingress and egress. Hence, it has caused so
much inconvenience for the residents going in or coming from the subdivision causing a traffic
jam when there is a high volume of vehicles passing through this one gate. This causes a great
deal of waiting time for the residents to go out or to get home to their respective houses. The
time wasted could have been devoted to more productive endeavors or to their family.

With the above predicament, the undersigned residents of Victoriaville Subdivision are
requesting your good office to open and make use of the 2nd gate of said subdivision for egress
and the other one for ingress in order to have a smooth flow of traffic of incoming and outgoing
vehicles in the subdivision. This, in order to avoid congestion of vehicles and to relieve the
residents of the inconvenience of getting caught in a long que of traffic with only one entry and
exit point in the subdivision.
