LEGEND
Three plot sizes exist here.
There is a clear division between the
sector due to the facility spine going
through it horizontally.
Medium and small sized plots are
arranged in the northern half of the
sector whereas the larger plots fill
the lower half.
Medium and small sized plots have
predominantly attached housing.
Large plots have semi-detached
housing for the most part.

Exercise VENDORS GATHERING MORE THAN PERMITTED

Conclusion MORE THAN THE PERMITTED NUMBER OF VENDORS CONGREGATE AT THE

VENDORS' ZONE IN THE MARKET DUE TO FINDING NO OTHER SUITABLE PLACE
WITHIN THE SECTOR BUT THE COMMERCIAL HALF OF THE CENTRAL SPINE.

For emergencies, these are my

observations about the sector
TOO MANY ROADS, CAN BE SET AS MIXED-USE
which can be utilized...
SINCE THERE IS A LARGER PERCENTAGE OF AREA DEDICATED TO ROADS THAN
RECOMMENDED IN THE URDPFI GUIDELINES, SOME STRETCHES OF THE
TERTIARY ROADS CAN BE USED FOR DISTRIBUTION DRIVES.

PARKS IN THE POCKETS

THERE ARE SMALL RESIDENTIAL POCKETS THAT FORM AROUND PARKS WITHIN
THE SECTOR WHICH CAN BE USED FOR EMERGENCY GATHERING SPOTS IF
THERE ARE ANY FIRES THAT TAKE PLACE OR IN SITUATIONS OF EARTHQUAKES.
