I’m writing this letter to inform you that I have received my letter of termination from the post of IELTS faculty as a teacher from your company RG International.
I’m very disappointed to this news of being eliminated of my post
from your company. As much as it has shocked me, I must admit I’m truly sorry for not being able to come up to company’s expectations despite me trying so very hard. I have gone through the letter sent to me and the reasons are respectfully not true.
Following are the reasons and my response:
1. Repetitive and excess leaves. It would be kind of you to let me how many leaves I have taken throughout my tenure with the company. Moreover, I would very much like to know the extra hours that I have worked for the company and teachers when there were on leave. In addition to this my recent leaves were approved and now when I’m back it is creating certain problems. Moreover, there were other faculty members who took leave.
2. Starting of classes at irregular time and finishing it on time.
To my explanation, all my classes start on time without fail until I have an appropriate number to student to join. However, there may have been for some when the students have their jobs and must travel long distance. Those are the only times when I start the class a little bit late. However, to rectify them I’m obliged to complete my class until all the students are cleared on their doubts and topic for that is completed.
3. Refusal of intake of student to my class.
There are a few students who needs more attention than the most. Having already a lot on my plate I simply ask you to accept my request. Even though that being the case I end up teaching them.
4. Complaint from Current Student.
I’m not sure what kind of complains are you getting my batch of current students.
Finally, again I’m not sure how am I jeopardizing the workplace.
