comfort needs, and luxuries meet. We have
many suites available for stay but there is one
sweet that will catch your eye. Our all-new
Introduction luxury loft suite, “Ocean Blue Glam”. It is a 2-
story floor with 2-bedrooms, 1 bath, an office, a
kitchen, and a home entertainment system. It is

The “Floor Plan-Materials and Finishes” through out the suite


include “Adrift by SW” wall paint. “Loyal Blue by SW” in high gloss
for the kitchen cabinets and several furniture pieces. “All White
2005 by Farrow and Ball” for the doors, and bookcase. “Brushed
Gold” finish for all the fixtures throughout the suite. Lastly the
floors throughout are herringbone style in an oak finish.

MATERIAL # 1; is a wallpaper used as an accent
wall on the left side of the room called “Black
and White Swirls”.
MATERIAL # 2; is a rectangular area rug for the
entry way leading towards the study area. The
area rug is a marble water colour style with hints
of white, grey, and blue.
Material Material # 3 is for the upholstery on the office
chair which is an “Off White “velvet.
Description PAINT # 1 I used for the entry door and the
bookcase under the stairs.
Foyer and Office PAINT # 2 is used for the wardrobe on the left
side of the door, for the bookcase on the right
side of the door and the desk.
PAINT # 3 is for the remaining walls in this area.
FINISH # 1 is used for the chair and desk legs,
the handles on the wardrobe and bookcase and
the ceiling fixture.

I chose a white drum pendant light to brighten up the space. The design
elements are geometric which is seen the white bookcase and the desk legs. Foyer and Office
Elements from the walls, desk chair and the area rug were chosen to brake up Furniture
the straight lines to add some curves to this space.

I chose a modern and elegant look for the kitchen. We have high gloss cabinets with a
beautiful marble countertops and backsplash. The ceiling light fixture hangs from the
2-story ceiling that adds curves to the space. The dining table is a round glass tabletop

with acrylic and gold legs. Around the table we have two different colour dining chairs Furniture
“Off White velvet” and “Royal Blue velvet” to make the space more playful.

wanted the guest to have a
comfortable and stylish room. I
wanted there to have ample
amount of seating for
entertaining. The layout I chose is
an L-Shaped sofa section with a
lounge chair and ottoman in the
bottom right corner.

MATERIAL # 1 I chose the same “Black and White
Swirls” wallpaper for an accent wall for the TV.
MATERIAL # 2 is a square area rug with a distressed
look with hints of grey, blue and white.
MATERIAL # 3 are throw pillows that will sit on the
chair and sofas in the living room.
Material PILLOW # 1 is an ombre pattern from a grey satin to
glitter sparkles.
Description PILLOW # 2 is a blue velvet geometric pattern.
PILLOW # 3 is a grey and white crushed velvet pattern.
Living Room MATERIAL # 4 is an “Off White Velvet” fabric for the
chair and sofas.
FINISH # 1 is for all the legs of the furniture and light

I chose a very sophisticated approach to this space. Everything is white and gold with pops of blue and grey. The sofas
and chairs have a clean look to them while still having a relaxed feel. Above the sofa, an art piece with circular gold rings
with splashes of blue and grey. On each side there is a white, gold, and acrylic sconces to add more lighting and a pop of
detail for the artwork. On each side of the sofas and chair there is a round glass end table with acrylic and gold legs. In
the middle of the sofas end table, sits a round white and gold lamp that matches the dining room light fixture. Under

the tv is a high gloss media cabinet with geometric diamond face with gold and acrylic pulls. In the middle of the room Furniture
there is a round glass top coffee table with a gold mermaid cut out pattern. Above the coffee table is a white drum
pendant. For the chair there is a fluffy ottoman to put your feet up and relax.

wanted this to be the most
spectacular room out of the whole
suite. I did this by having an elegant
but comfortable layout. The bed is
at the far-left wall with the tv facing
it. A vanity table in the centre of the
windows which adds better lighting
for getting ready. The two lounge
chairs facing the windows. I added a
wardrobe next to the glass sliding
door closet.

line Drawing’ “wallpaper for an accent wall which will
be on the bedside wall and closet wall.

white, grey and hues of blue which lead from the bed
to the seating area.

The bed is a velvet studded herringbone design to match the floors. Above is an ombre painting with hues of
blue and gold sparkles. On each side of the painting there are sconces. There are high gloss end tables with
round table lamps beside the bed. At the foot of the bed is a fluffy white rectangular bench. Above the bench
hangs a white drum pendant light. The vanity has a high gloss white tabletop with a ring light vanity mirror and

a velvet exterior. The lounge chairs are an “Off white velvet” fabric with geometric arms. Above the chairs
hangs another white drum pendant light. In the middle of the chairs is a glass tabletop with a “sunburst” base.

Next to them is a 6-door high gloss wardrobe to fit all your personal needs.

wanted this to be more functional than
comfort, but I managed to do both with
the space that was provided. The bed is
at the far-right wall with the tv facing it.

closet. I added a 3-drawer chest next to
the glass sliding door closet.

I chose an elegant and cozy design. The bed is a velvet studded geometric design to match the pillows.
Above is a geometric mirror. On each side of the bed there are high gloss end tables with table lamps. At
the foot of the bed is a lounge chair with an “Off white velvet” fabric and geometric arms with a fluffy
white ottoman. Above the lounge chair is an art piece with splashes of white, grey, gold and hues of

I wanted a clean and sleek look for the bathroom. For the double sink vanity, I chose a 4-drawer storage component
which gives the guest ample storage room. For the fixture I added I waterfall faucet which makes the room feel
luxurious. Above the vanity I chose a big mirror from wall to wall to get that perfect angle when get ready. I added 2
light fixtures above each sink and each fixture has a total of 6 bulbs. For the wall fixture such as towels and toilet paper, Bathroom
the hanger’s style is acrylic and gold rods. The centre of the room hangs a white drum pendant. The tub is oval and
flared shaped with the faucet affixed to the floor. Above the tub lies an artwork of marble water colours of grey, white, Furniture
gold and hues of blue. The shower is a crystal clear and frameless design with an open concept. The toilet is state of the
art technology with a bidet of 12 settings and light effects.
