    Minutes of the Meeting

    AGENDA:
     Accreditation for Sangguniang Panlungsod
     Monthly Dues
     Garbage
     Raffle

    Meeting Start at 02:00 PM with an Opening prayer lead by our Vice president
    Noel Eligoyo. Then Mr Juancho P, Mijares welcoming his Co Officers, and he start
    discussing our agenda, He explained and discuss how important to comply the
    Accreditation for Sangguniang Panlungsod for every Association He said that every
    officers must cooperate for this requirement before the year end.

    The Second Agenda is about monthly dues, President push to collect monthly
    dues for every member as one of their obligation in association and to have funds for
    more project that can help our Community. Then Vice President Noel Eligoyo said that
    we have must focus too in our Garbage which is one of our major problem in our area
    Pres. Juancho continue to discussed about pa raffle event which we celebrated yearly.
