“A RESOLUTION FOR RENEWAL FOR ACCREDITATION OF GREEN VALLEY

MOLINO II NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION INC.. THRU SANGGUNIANG
PANLUNSOD IN THE CITY OF BACOOR”

Whereas the Board of Director of Green Valley Molino II Neighborhood

Association. Of Barangay Molino II recognizes the importance of the renewal for
accreditation of the above named association at Sangguniang Panlunsod in the city of
Bacoor, Cavite.

Whereas, in order to achieve the above mentioned resolution all officers agreed
and decided to file an application for renewal for accreditation of the association;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of DIRECTOR

approved this resolution for renewal for accreditation of the said association and do
here at accomplish and file an application, for renewal and for Accreditation of GREEN
VALLEY MOLINO II NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION INC. at the City of Bacoor.
