DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

Know all by these presents:

This Deed of Assignment (the “Deed”) is executed by and between the following parties:

JOSE A. FABIA, of legal age, Filipino with postal address at 40a St. Joseph Street, St.
Charbel Executive Village, hereinafter the “Assignor”; and

MARY JOYCE FABIA DEVELA, of legal age, Filipino, and with postal address at ___,
hereinafter referred to as the “Assignee.”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the owner of a total of Two Hundred (200) subscribed and
fully-paid shares of stock in ____ with a par value per share at ____;

WHEREFORE, for and in all full consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties freely
and voluntarily agreed that the Assignor shall convey any all the rights over the latter’s
respective shares at the prevailing book value of the shares upon execution hereof. The parties
shall likewise sign, execute and perform any other acts as may be required to effect such transfer
to each other. All taxes and costs shall be for the account of the Assignee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ___ of __ in known
to me be the same person who executed the foregoing instrument and represented to me that
they voluntarily affixed their signature on the same for the purpose stated herein and declared
that the same are his voluntary acts and deeds.

This instrument consisting of one (1) page, including this page where this
acknowledgement is written, was signed by the parties and sealed with my notarial seal.
