    RE: RECLAMATION LETTER

    I am writing this letter to request a full refund for money that was deducted from my salary to
    pay loan one for nine months but was not submitted fully to the Sacco according to Sacco
    statement.

    According to the previous nine months, the amount deducted from the salary was Kshs 2.903.59
    but the amount submitted to the Sacco was Kshs 2,111.64 leading to a difference of Kshs 791.95
    per month. The total amount in the nine months is be Kshs 7,127.55 hence the concern.

    Kindly look in to the matter and address it as soon as possible.
