Dear Chairman Dela Rosa,

Greetings!

This is in connection with the Old Badminton Court inside our subdivision located near Mariquita Club
House that is un used, neglected and not operational for years.

I, ROMMEL MECK CANA , a member of the Cabs Friend Smasher Badminton Club and Residing at 19
Sports Avenue, Mariquita Subd., Brgy Dita, Santa Rosa Laguna would like express my intention to clean,
manage and restore the said facility for the use of the youths and adults' badminton enthusiast in our
community.

In this regard may I request your good office for an approval as a person/officer in-charge for the time
being so that we can utilize this abandoned facility in good shape. Also, this will promote physical fitness
in our community and turn kids and adults physically fit during these times.

For the cost of rehabilitation of said facility, I can gather funds and sponsors to the best that I can so that
we can revive this facility.

Likewise, me and my club planned to conduct badminton training/classes for kids/adult and other
activities that may benefit our residents in our Barangay.

Hoping for your favorable consideration and support for the betterment of our people and community.
