SYSTEM OF CURRICULUM MAP PREPARATION IN TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION

UNPACKING STAGE
PHASE I The facilitator prepares the unit diagram. On this stage the teacher carefully unpacks all the necessary
competencies from the 2016 DepEd TLE Computer Hardware Serving Curriculum Guide.

CRAFTING ASSESSMENT AND ACTIVITIES

PHASE II After carefully unpacking the most essential competencies in 2016 DepEd TLE Computer Hardware
Serving Curriculum Guide. The facilitator is creating several of assessment and activities that horizontally
aligned with the unpacked competencies. With this, it will help their students as they go through scaffold
of learning.

ALIGHNING AND STREAMLINING

PHASE III After doing the phase I and phase II, the facilitator should assure that all columns in
the curriculum map is well-aligned and allows the principles of streamlining. If this
stage is successfully done it will have significant impact on the overall curriculum and
instruction.

PHASE V CRAFTING AND APPLYING STAGE
The curriculum map is now ready to maximize.
The map will serve as a guide for the facilitator
to create his learning plan and his learning
module wherein transfer of learning of the
students will be achieved.
FINAL TOUCHES
PHASE IV
The facilitator finalizes the overall curriculum map
design in order to proceed on the last phase, which
is crafting and applying stage. On this stage major
and minor glitches in the curriculum map should be
addressed to avoid major problem.
