 The 30% is the total number of collection per section and will be awarded as Mr.
& Miss Foundation Day.
 The 70% composed of the following categories:
 Production Number (10%) - shirt and pants
  Uniform (10%) - Short Sleeve
 Talent (20%) - 3 minutes max. , both Mr. & Miss combined in one
talent
 Evening Gown (10%) - Ball Gown NOT ALLOWED
 Question & Answer (20%)

 Mr. & Miss Photogenic, Mr. & Miss Friendship and other Special Awards are to be
updated.
 First counting of collection - February 1, 2023 (Minimum Php. 3,000.00)
 Second counting of collection - February 21, 2023
 To all advisers: Before January 11, 2023, everyone should have their list of
candidates.

will be given an official identification
